strength training analysis

A strength and lifting analysis is meant for any strength athlete or anyone that wants to get stronger. This includes powerlifting, body building, general strength training, Crossfit, etc.


A full body evaluation is performed looking at movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and stability. Video analysis is then performed for sport specific lifts as well as routine strength based exercises and accessory lifts. We will review the video analysis with you and provide recommendations regarding form, as well as provide specific exercises and mobility work to help compliment and improve your training, while helping to reduce risk of injury.


If you are injured, but don’t want to stop training, we can provide you with a modified program that will allow you to continue to train while rehabbing your injury. We can also provide programming to people returning from an injury. If you are a beginner, we offer personalized programming to help you get stronger while reducing the risk of injury.
